These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use MyFlow Fitness.
MyFlow Fitness was created and developed by Azfar Rao and is operated by Rao Mohammad H Khan, trading as MyFlow Fitness.
In these Terms, “MyFlow”, “MyFlow Fitness”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the MyFlow Fitness service.
Our services include the MyFlow Fitness mobile application, the website at myflowfitness.co.uk, workout and nutrition tools, AI-powered features and any other services we make available under the MyFlow Fitness name. Together, we call these the “Service”.
By creating a MyFlow account, accessing or using the Service, or purchasing MyFlow Pro, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with them, you should not use MyFlow.
Our Privacy Policy applies separately and explains how we collect and use personal information.
This summary is provided to make the Terms easier to understand. The full Terms below are the legally operative provisions.
MyFlow is for users aged 13 and over. Users under 18 should use it with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.
MyFlow is a fitness and wellness tool — not a doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or personal trainer.
AI can make mistakes. MyFlow's AI recommendations, food estimates and other outputs should assist your judgement, not replace it.
Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for choosing exercises, weights and training intensity suitable for you.
Nutrition values are estimates. Never rely on MyFlow alone for allergy, intolerance or medical-diet decisions.
MyFlow Pro automatically renews unless cancelled. Purchases made through Apple are managed through your Apple account.
Deleting MyFlow does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Your information remains yours. We only receive the rights reasonably needed to operate the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Your UK consumer rights remain protected. These Terms do not take away rights the law says cannot be taken away.
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own MyFlow account.
If you are under 18, you should use MyFlow with the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian.
If you are under 18, any paid MyFlow Pro subscription must also be authorised by the person who lawfully controls or is permitted to use the relevant App Store or payment account.
Where the law in the country where you live requires a higher minimum age or additional parental permission, that requirement applies.
We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to create independent MyFlow accounts.
If we reasonably believe an account belongs to someone under 13, we may restrict the account while we investigate and may delete or otherwise appropriately deal with the account and associated information in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
An age rating displayed by an app marketplace relates to the suitability of the app's content. It does not override the account eligibility requirements in these Terms.
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge when you create and use your account.
You should keep your login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to protect your account.
You must not knowingly:
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us promptly at admin.myflowfitness@gmail.com.
We may ask you to verify ownership of an account before making security-sensitive changes.
MyFlow is a digital fitness and wellness platform designed to help you organise, understand and track your fitness journey.
Depending on the version of the Service available to you, features may include:
Features may be changed, improved, added or removed over time in accordance with these Terms.
Some features require an active MyFlow Pro subscription.
MyFlow provides general fitness and wellness information.
MyFlow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or healthcare services.
MyFlow is not a substitute for a doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, qualified personal trainer or other appropriately qualified professional.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice before starting or substantially changing an exercise or nutrition programme where that is sensible for your circumstances, particularly if you:
If advice from MyFlow conflicts with advice given to you by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who knows your circumstances, you should follow the professional advice.
MyFlow must not be used for medical emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or healthcare provider.
Physical exercise involves inherent risk.
Even where a workout is personalised using information you provide, MyFlow cannot physically inspect you, observe every movement, assess your technique in real time or know every relevant fact about your physical condition.
You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgement when deciding:
Do not deliberately train beyond your reasonable ability merely because MyFlow displays a target, suggestion or previous performance.
You should stop exercising if you experience symptoms that reasonably cause concern, including severe or unusual pain, fainting, chest pain or serious difficulty breathing, and obtain appropriate medical assistance.
Exercise demonstrations and descriptions are intended to assist understanding. They cannot guarantee correct individual technique.
Some MyFlow features use artificial intelligence.
AI may be used to provide or assist with things such as:
AI systems are probabilistic. They can make mistakes.
An AI response may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, overly general or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.
An AI system also cannot take account of information that it does not know.
For example, it may not know about an injury, medical diagnosis, allergy, medication, incorrect exercise technique or other relevant circumstance unless that information has been provided and can appropriately be considered by the Service.
You should therefore treat AI output as assistance rather than authority.
You must not rely on MyFlow AI to:
Where MyFlow describes something as an estimate, suggestion, forecast, recommendation or similar, it should be understood accordingly.
Nutrition information provided through MyFlow is designed to make tracking more convenient.
Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, portion-size and other nutritional values may be estimates.
Actual nutritional content can vary because of matters including:
AI food estimation is particularly dependent on the information available to the AI, such as an image or description, and should not be expected to produce laboratory-level measurements.
If precise nutrition information matters to you, check reliable packaging or manufacturer information and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Do not rely on MyFlow to decide whether food is safe for an allergy, intolerance or medical condition.
AI analysis, barcode information, nutrition labels and food databases can contain errors or become outdated.
Always check the current packaging, ingredient declaration and allergen information supplied by the manufacturer, restaurant or food provider.
Where an allergy may be serious, seek appropriate professional guidance.
MyFlow is designed to help you make fitness activities easier to organise and understand.
We do not guarantee any particular:
Results differ between individuals and can be affected by many factors outside MyFlow's control, including genetics, health, nutrition, sleep, training consistency, technique and the accuracy of information entered into the Service.
Certain parts of MyFlow may require a paid subscription called MyFlow Pro.
MyFlow Pro may be offered using different billing periods, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
Before you purchase, the purchase screen will display the important information applicable to the subscription being offered, including:
You should review that information before confirming a purchase.
We may offer a free trial or other introductory offer to eligible users.
The exact duration and terms of an offer will be shown before you confirm it.
Eligibility may be determined by the relevant app marketplace and may depend on whether you have previously used a trial or introductory offer.
If an offer converts into a paid subscription, this will be disclosed before you subscribe.
Unless you cancel before the applicable trial or introductory period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price shown when you accepted the offer.
MyFlow Pro subscriptions may automatically renew.
Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable subscription will continue for successive billing periods under the terms disclosed at purchase.
For purchases through Apple's App Store, Apple processes the subscription using the Apple account used for the purchase.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple subscription settings.
The rules and timing applied to App Store billing and renewal are also governed by Apple's applicable terms.
You may cancel an auto-renewable subscription in accordance with the rules of the platform through which you purchased it.
For Apple App Store purchases, cancellation is handled through Apple.
Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal. Unless otherwise stated by the relevant platform or required by law, you will ordinarily retain access to paid features until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Important
Deleting the MyFlow app does not cancel a subscription.
Deleting your MyFlow account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through Apple or another app marketplace.
You should separately cancel the subscription through the platform from which it was purchased.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed through Apple's payment system and refund requests relating to those purchases may need to be made through Apple.
Other marketplaces may operate their own payment and refund processes.
These platform procedures do not remove any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a statutory right to:
where that right applies by law.
Where legislation introduces additional mandatory cooling-off, reminder, renewal or subscription-cancellation rights, those rights will apply as required.
The price applicable when you purchase a subscription will be displayed before you confirm the purchase.
Future subscription prices may change.
A change will not retrospectively alter a subscription period that has already been paid for.
Where a platform such as Apple handles a subscription, price changes will also be subject to that platform's rules, including any notification or consent requirements that apply.
Where law requires additional notice or consent before a price change takes effect, we will comply with those requirements.
You can cancel future renewal if you do not wish to continue at a changed price.
Access to MyFlow Pro depends on us being able to verify that the account has an active subscription entitlement.
Verification may involve systems operated by MyFlow and trusted payment or subscription-management providers.
Sometimes purchase information can take a short time to synchronise.
Where available, you may use functionality such as Restore Purchases or Refresh to Unlock MyFlow Pro to ask the Service to check your entitlement again.
Those controls do not themselves grant Pro access. Access is granted only when an active entitlement is successfully verified.
You must not attempt to bypass, manipulate or defeat MyFlow's subscription verification.
MyFlow is an evolving product.
We may introduce, modify or retire features in order to:
However, we will not use this clause to unfairly deprive you of the main benefit of a paid subscription during a period for which you have already paid.
If we make a material adverse change to a paid Service, we will provide any notice, cancellation right, refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Urgent changes may be made without advance notice where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance or protection of the Service.
We aim to provide MyFlow reliably, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
MyFlow may occasionally be unavailable because of:
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Service.
We do not promise that every feature will operate without interruption or error at every moment.
If a prolonged problem materially prevents us from delivering a paid Service, this does not affect any remedy you may have under applicable consumer law.
You retain ownership of information and content that belongs to you and that you provide to MyFlow.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit and otherwise use that information to the extent reasonably necessary to:
but only as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your personal content to us.
Your use of MyFlow may involve personal information relating to fitness, workouts, nutrition and other matters.
How that information is handled is governed by our Privacy Policy, not merely by these Terms.
Where applicable law requires a specific lawful basis or additional condition for processing particular information, we will comply with those requirements.
Agreeing to these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to marketing, non-essential tracking or any processing for which the law requires separate consent or explicit consent.
Where separate consent is legally required, it should be requested separately.
You can read our Privacy Policy at:
We recognise that younger users deserve particular protection.
Where MyFlow is likely to be accessed by users under 18, we will seek to operate the Service in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements relating to children.
We may use age-related information or appropriate age-assurance measures where reasonably necessary to comply with those requirements.
Users under 18 should not provide unnecessary personal information through free-text or AI inputs.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to discuss responsible fitness, nutrition and technology use with younger users.
You may use MyFlow only lawfully and for its intended purposes.
You must not knowingly:
Reasonable security research should be reported responsibly rather than exploited.
MyFlow's software, design, branding, user interface, graphics, databases, written content, exercise content and other intellectual property are owned by us or used under licence.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of MyFlow or its intellectual property merely by using the Service or purchasing a subscription.
You must not use:
in a way that falsely suggests that we sponsor, approve or are affiliated with another product or service.
Nothing in these Terms prevents any use that applicable law expressly permits.
We welcome feedback.
If you voluntarily send us an idea, suggestion or feedback about improving MyFlow, you give us permission to consider and use that feedback without being required to pay you.
This does not transfer ownership of unrelated material or personal information you send us.
MyFlow relies on specialist third-party providers for parts of its infrastructure.
These may include services relating to:
Where third parties act on our behalf, their involvement does not remove obligations that applicable law places on us.
Some independent third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for an independent third party's acts merely because MyFlow provides a link to or interoperates with that service, although this does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.
Where you download or use MyFlow through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable terms also apply.
The licence governing the iOS application is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These MyFlow Terms govern your relationship with MyFlow in relation to the MyFlow Service.
Apple's terms govern matters for which Apple is responsible, including relevant App Store and payment-platform functions.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Apple term relating specifically to use of an App Store application, the applicable Apple term will govern to the extent of that conflict.
We may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of:
Where appropriate, we will try to explain the reason and give you an opportunity to address the issue.
We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, MyFlow, third parties or the security of the Service.
We will not suspend a consumer arbitrarily merely to avoid providing paid functionality.
You may stop using MyFlow at any time.
Where available, you can use the account deletion functionality to request deletion of your MyFlow account.
Deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Some information may need to be retained for limited periods where reasonably necessary for matters such as:
Again, deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a separately billed App Store subscription.
We hope to operate and improve MyFlow for the long term, but we cannot promise that the Service will exist indefinitely.
If we decide permanently to discontinue a material paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users where practical.
Where users have paid for access that we can no longer provide, we will respect any refund or other rights required by applicable law and any relevant app-marketplace procedures.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use the level of care and skill required by law.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:
Nothing in these Terms reduces rights you may have under legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you are a consumer, the law may give you rights that apply regardless of what a contract says.
For example, digital services and content supplied to consumers may be required to meet legal standards relating to matters such as description, quality and reasonable care and skill.
These Terms operate in addition to, not instead of, rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection rule, the mandatory rule takes priority.
We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of matters such as:
We will not use this right to retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to you.
Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected users before or when it takes effect.
Where required by law, we will obtain your agreement rather than assuming acceptance merely because you continue using the Service.
A material change adversely affecting an existing paid subscription will not remove any cancellation or other right that applicable law gives you.
The date shown at the beginning of these Terms identifies the latest version.
We may send you communications that are reasonably necessary to operate MyFlow, such as:
These operational communications are different from marketing.
Where marketing communications require consent, we will obtain that consent separately and provide any opt-out rights required by law.
If MyFlow is restructured, incorporated, acquired or transferred to another operator, our rights and responsibilities under these Terms may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We will not use such a transfer to materially reduce your consumer rights.
Where applicable law requires notice or additional steps in connection with such a transfer, we will comply with them.
Your MyFlow account is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred to another person without our permission.
If a court or other competent authority decides that a provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the extent legally permitted.
The remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.
If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, that does not necessarily mean we have waived that right.
Similarly, exercising one right does not prevent us from exercising another right where appropriate.
These Terms, together with documents expressly referred to in them, set out the agreement between you and us concerning your use of MyFlow.
Nothing in this clause excludes responsibility for fraud or prevents you from relying on rights the law gives you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere, you also retain any mandatory consumer protections that the law applicable to you says cannot be excluded by choosing English law.
If you are unhappy with MyFlow, we would like the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Please contact us first using the details below.
We will try to deal with complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings before a court or using another dispute-resolution mechanism that applicable consumer law makes available to you.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
